课程摘要：In this course, you will learn about the concepts of block chain technology, distributed database and distributed ledger technology. Specially, the components in a blockchain system will be examined and the characteristics of different types of blockchain will be appraised. In addition, topics to be covered include the properties of a blockchain system and its potential applications. You will also learn about what cryptography is, the design rationale of hash function and digital signature, as well as the cryptographic techniques used to secure public and private blockchains.
