内容摘要：本报告围绕数字新经济展开，从顶层设计、技术、行业、企业四大视角系统剖析数字新经济。在顶层设计层面梳理我国数字新经济发展禀赋、全景版图与数字经济新赛道筛选标准；技术视角重点解析 DARQ 技术、元宇宙、可持续绿色经济，尤其聚焦生成式 AI 与 AI 智能体的技术堆栈、应用价值、落地路径及风险监管；行业维度探讨信创、数据资产化、产业互联网的发展逻辑与实践案例；企业视角介绍价值创造分析框架，并结合企业实例量化评估生成式 AI 落地的成本、收益与投资回报；讨论如何人工智能深度重构实体经济与商业模式。This report focuses on the new digital economy and conducts a systematic analysis of it from four perspectives: top‑level design, technology, industry and enterprise. At the level of top‑level design, it sorts out China’s development endowments, panoramic landscape of the new digital economy, and screening criteria for new digital‑economy tracks. From the technical perspective, it mainly analyzes DARQ technologies, the metaverse and the sustainable green economy, with special emphasis on the technical stack, application value, implementation paths and risk regulation of generative AI and AI agents. At the industry dimension, it explores the development logic and practical cases of information technology application innovation (ITAI), data assetization and the industrial internet. From the enterprise perspective, it presents the value‑creation analytical framework, and quantitatively assesses the costs, benefits and return on investment of generative‑AI implementation based on corporate examples. It also discusses how artificial intelligence can profoundly reshape the real economy and business models.

嘉宾简介：阎子翱，本科毕业于北京航空航天大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程系，硕士毕业于哥伦比亚大学工程与应用科学学院工业工程与运筹系，现任某咨询公司战略咨询顾问，主要方向为企业战略、增长战略、组织与人才、流程变革、复杂项目管理等，同时担任哥伦比亚大学校友代表委员会委员、本科生招生官，Harvard Business Impact Beijing访问研究顾问。
