讲座摘要： Sustainable finance integrates environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria into business and investment decisions for sustainable outcomes. Topical issues of sustainable finance include encouraging corporate environmental responsivity, recognizing and integrating ESG factors into investment and lending decisions and financing sustainable business has strong financial as well as broader societal benefits. Since sustainability is an existential challenge, finance shall be a key lever to influence sustainable outcomes.

主讲人简介： 常鑫教授是南洋理工大学南洋商学院副院长和银行与金融系终身教授，研究领域涵盖公司金融，资产定价，会计研究。具体研究方向包括资本结构、企业创新，企业社会责任，企业并购重组，政治腐败，公司治理，财务报告，信息披露等。他的研究成果多次发表在在国际顶尖学术期刊上，包括Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, The Accounting Review和Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等。
