讲座摘要：Corporate Investment constitutes one of the major corporate financial decisions (besides financing and dividend decisions). However, firms face finance constraints, which brings difficulties for the provision of capital needed for investment. The cash flow sensitivity of investment is a measure of financial constraints. The lecture gives an integrated framework for cash flow sensitivities, consisting an introduction on investment-cash flow sensitivity, investment-Q sensitivity and other cash flow sensitivities.

主讲人简介：常鑫教授是南洋理工大学南洋商学院副院长和银行与金融系终身教授，研究领域涵盖公司金融，资产定价，会计研究。具体研究方向包括资本结构、企业创新、企业社会责任、企业并购重组、政治腐败、公司治理、财务报告、信息披露等。他的研究成果多次发表在Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, The Accounting Review和Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等国际顶尖学术期刊。
